本程序如未特殊说明只支持GB编码系列，不支持big5和unicode.如有需要，建议您改换编码。如使用IE或Netscape或Firefox打开txt文件，显示出内容后把内容复制粘贴到记事本(notepad)，另存文件（编码方式不要更改，维持Ascii）
